Ceramics are present as soon as wear becomes too important to use metal counterparts. For the production of wear-resistant cutting tools, Nanoe recommends the ZTA 25. The ceramic part allows a fail safe centering of welded parts, and can resist welding conditions (high temperature and electric arcs). These parts must withstand high production rate, and resist to repeated chocs on the tip.
